Job Description:
The Site Coordinator plays a critical role in teacher
preparation at UTEP. They are full-time clinical faculty members who are partially housed within partnering, PK-12 school
districts/campuses. Site coordinators serve three major roles as: (1) the liaison between the university and school district, (2)
instructors for college courses and mentor teacher trainings, and (3) instructional coaches for their teacher candidates. The Site
Coordinator for Paraprofessional Programs will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and support of paraprofessionals seeking
teacher certification at UTEP, and will be part of a larger Site Coordinator team at UTEP. This is a grant-funded position and subject to
availability of funds.
