The job holder is responsible for supporting the overall TA strategy by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for lateral hires across Hong Kong Jockey Club. This includes developing the search approach, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
