As a member of the Digital Content & Campaigns (DC&C) Team, the Senior Manager for Campaign Strategy & Management is responsible for leading, developing, and executing digital communications programs for campaigns and audiences across external channels for their campaign portfolio.
Partners and closely collaborates with key members across Communications & Engagement and key business stakeholders. Leverages DC&C creative capabilities, and decision-making at the individual digital campaign level, identifying and mitigating roadblocks, socializing campaigns and results, and driving story alignment. Oversees campaign project management, maintaining all aspects of campaign strategy and tactics including campaign development timelines.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manages and sets direction for digital campaigns and projects; and determines overall direction for audience engagement and activation across external digital platforms (web, social media, and associated advertising)
Manages the successful implementation and deliver consistent and engaging digital campaigns aligned to business objectives. Oversees the campaign project management, maintaining AirTable updates for portfolio campaigns, campaign deliverables and timelines, and submission of content
Inject audience and market insights into content, campaign and channels strategy planning with application of insights gathered from data analytics for portfolio campaigns
Acquire internal and external content to support promotion of Novartis’s commercial and corporate narrative objectives for portfolio campaigns.
Manage end-to-end process for campaign delivery from discovery of audience insights to execution and optimization of campaigns. Develop activation plans (promoted/dark/organic) to meet stakeholder and business objectives for portfolio campaigns. Adheres to best practices, content standards, and governance for global Novartis social media channels
Coordinate across teams and key business stakeholders to drive efficiency and alignment
Advise key business stakeholders of reputational risks associated with social media campaigns
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure consistency of Novartis brand position in all communications. Ensure campaigns are aligned to the Novartis brand and fully consistent with the evolving legal, regulatory, and compliance environment
