Nesco has partnered with a growing company to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Columbus, OH area. This position is available on a contract basis to help with onboarding items for the company.
This candidate will have the following:
Will need to have 1-2 years experience operating in a Talent Acquisition Coordination type role. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Under limited supervision and using limited independent judgment and initiative provides support through imputing, monitoring, and/or administering corresponding department initiatives, projects, or programs in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures. Follows written and verbal instructions with work usually subject to spot check. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Inputs, compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
May use software specific to the department in coordinating and supporting initiatives. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Other coordinating duties as assigned. High School Diploma 1-2 years experience; or equivalent education and years of experience. Good oral and written communication skills and ability to prioritize and organize work. Requires some working knowledge of commonly used PC applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Depending on the area of support may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
