Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Architect with 7-15 years of experience to join HGA’s healthcare group, working out of our San Francisco or San Jose office on an exciting new academic medical center project. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, time management and people skills as you will be a part of the key leadership group along with the Sr. Designer and Project Manager developing non-routine and complex design concepts in a manner responsive to the client’s needs and deadlines. You must be able to determine the right amount of effort needed to generate appropriate technical documentation in an efficient and timely manner. This position will also have multiple opportunities for client interaction and will help our team maintain a commitment to design and quality for all types of projects.

Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
