How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Computer/Mathematical Engineering, MIS(Management Information Systems),”STEMS” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of business analysis experience
- Preferably; experience in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design , business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation, end-user interviews and change management
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) and experience in Agile Development Methodologies
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus
- Ability to recognize improvement opportunities on a continuous basis
- Comfortable with working in tight deadlines, excellent in coordination
- Flexible on adapting new concepts and ideas
- Excellent planning and time management skills, comply with deadlines
- Eager to learn and improve himself/herself
- Self-disciplined person knowing his/her responsibilities
- Constructive, having positive attitude and being solution-oriented
