• This position is ideally hybrid, in King of Prussia, PA, but considerations will be made for a remote schedule.

Job Description:

As a member of the Executive Recruitment team, you will report to the Director of Executive Recruitment, of our specialized positions division. You will recruit for small and large companies looking to hire their next strategic Director level or above positions.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in this area under leadership that will train and work alongside the right individual on critical roles for highly vetted clients.

Gathers information from Client/Consultant, industry research, and sources to comprehensively understand the Client Company, industry, and position requirements.

• Assists consultant in developing position specification and a focused search strategy. Continually refines search strategy based on market or client feedback.
• Researches and identifies prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, and internal sources.
• Multiple levels of communication to prospective candidates and sources to elicit interest in the opportunity, obtain referrals, and/or collect market feedback.
• Conducts phone/video interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies.
• Presents qualified candidates with Recruiter notes to the consultant.
• Assists consultant in writing candidate assessments for presentation to the Client.
• Maintains progress reports/status reports/market feedback reports for consultant and client presentations.
• Builds strong relationships and good rapport with candidates and sources and stays aware of the talent in the marketplace.
• Maintains the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information in the Nucleus proprietary database.
• Keeps consultant up to date on relevant trends and challenges in the marketplace regarding general market intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience

• The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience
• An undergraduate degree or 7 years of demonstrated C-Suite Level experience is required.
• Identify market trends and research information effectively through various channels.
• Able to analyze business information and organize multiple points and large amounts of data into concise, targeted information summaries.
• Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network.
• Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions.
• Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
• Comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting.
• Can leverage the consultant in his/her search work and is comfortable and competent with client contact.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.
• Ability to negotiate high salaries.
