Job Description
Work with local operations management to develop proactive recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development on both digital and non-digital platforms
Lead, develop and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.
Develop continuous improvements to internal HR processes as well as recruitment efforts focusing on finding and retaining great talents
Analyze and evaluate various communications activities to assure continuous development of efforts.
Build strong relationships with internal operational stakeholders to identify needs for process improvements, employee performance drivers, and employee engagement efforts
Create and hold internal trainings relating primarily to operational improvements, corporate values and communications skills for Evolution employees.
Develop and manage HR related improvement projects related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and performance improvements in a fast-paced Studio environment

Qualifications
3-5 years of proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality and gaming industries
Experience with high-volume recruitment.
Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and recruitment tools
Mass recruitment experience is a plus
Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) – additional languages are an advantage
Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
A good team player with strong stakeholder skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
