The RumbleOn Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for all talent acquisition/recruiting matters in their assigned region. They will be responsible for recruiting and hiring high performing individuals in a variety of dealership roles from motorcycle mechanics to sales associates and everything in between. They will be tasked with all stages of the recruitment process and hiring lifecycle and will develop a thorough understanding of our company and culture and use that understanding to ensure we select the right candidates. The ideal individual will be confident, well spoken, and thrive in a process driven and fast moving environment.
