ABOUT THE ROLE
As IT Lead you will oversee all technologies used across Correlation One. You will develop and streamline the processes necessary to keep our company’s assets and information secure while providing for our scaling team’s needs across a growing number of 3rd party tools and systems.
This will involve maintaining consistent operations, developing and documenting guides and best practices, deploying/enhancing/granting/revoking access, researching capabilities, consulting on question about permission scoping and administrative ownership, evaluating and reporting on cost and security risk, as well as developing a broader strategy and executing on it in order to advance our core business objectives. You will be focused on automating and systematizing employee onboarding, offboarding, request management, access control, vendor approval/setup/cleanup/removal and a host of other team workflows while developing and abiding by best practices including the least required access principle. The purview for this role is large, so you will need the ability to plan and prioritize based on highest leverage and impact. You will need to be able to work as an IC as well as build and manage your own team as we scale. You will need to foster excellent relationships with other leaders across the whole org.

Correlation One is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to location, and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, experience, education and skill sets. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 – 140,000. Please note that the shared ranges are specific to the United States, and only reflects the base salary and does not include bonus, equity or benefits.
