As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working with our amazing team to bring in top talent that matches our unique culture. With your exceptional communication and organizational skills, you’ll devise creative sourcing strategies while collaborating with team members at all levels of the organization.
What you’ll do
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Get creative to implement sourcing strategies, including developing our employer branding initiative, to build pipelines of strong potential applicants.
A Positive Candidate Experience: Make sure every candidate has a great experience throughout the hiring process by creating and implementing end-to-end processes that leave a lasting impression.
Captivating Job Postings: Showcase your creative side by crafting job postings that not only attract top-level candidates but also get them excited about joining the A2 Hosting team.
Resume Guru: Use your attention to detail and technical knowledge to parse specialized qualifications and screen technical resumes effectively.
Candidate Conversations: Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and determine their fit within our collaborative team.
Team Collaboration: Lead internal conversations with hiring managers about our current and future recruitment initiatives.
Strategic Vision: Shape the future of our company by developing and maintaining short and long-term recruitment strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
Recruitment Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for hiring managers, providing training and developing their interview skills to provide exceptional experiences for candidates.
Diversity and Quality Focus: We believe in the power of diversity, and you’ll bring data-driven recommendations to ensure our teams are filled with amazing and qualified individuals.
Active Sourcing: Proactively reach out and engage with potential candidates on both general and niche platforms, making every interaction an enjoyable experience.
Spread the Fun: Promote A2 Hosting’s reputation as a fantastic place to work through platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Required Skills And Experience
Proven Recruiter: 3-5 years relevant, progressive experience in a talent acquisition role with experience in a growing company, strong familiarity with federal and state hiring practices required
Communication Whiz: Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will keep the conversation lively.
Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for developing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
Social Media Savvy: Show off your social media skills, especially on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more.
Organization: Your excellent organizational and prioritization skills ensure a flawless workflow process, whether working independently or with our remote team.
