Classification: HRIS Analyst

One of our leading manufacturers is looking to staff a HRIS Analyst with Workday expertise. This role will be responsible for payroll, time keeping/tracking, process improvement, research analysis, development of HR systems and technology, create reports and queries necessary to maintain business processes, track workflow for accuracy, and assist with informing the department on best practices and updates. The successful candidate will conduct HR trend analysis, create employee retention strategies, assist with workers compensation, implement training and development, and provide conflict resolution. Ideally, we would like an HRIS Analyst with well-rounded human resource and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
