Paragon Properties are expanding, and we are hiring additional Administration positions.
Admin Position at Paragon Properties.
Overseeing administrative functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Managing and leveraging marketing platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and List Globally.
Efficiently utilizing our Property Base CRM
Collaborating closely with our real estate agents, providing them with the necessary support to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
Must Have experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate administration sector.
Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems: Salesforce by Property Base experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Good telecommunication skills
Ability to work alongside all administration, HR and accounts staff to ensure a smooth running of the company.
