Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing – Job Description
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing is responsible for managing the sourcing techniques and strategies for all business departments. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to lead projects where independent action, judgment and a high degree of initiative and confidentiality is required. They will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support the company’s philosophy of diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing a diverse slate of qualified candidates. This position is considered exempt (salaried) and is not eligible for additional pay if overtime hours are worked. This position manages Corporate Sourcing Strategists.
