Responsibilities:
The licensed SLP/OT/PT will Evaluate and provide skilled therapy services to pediatric patients, following physician orders
Promptly submit evaluation reports, treatment plans, discharge summaries, as well as other written communication related to care planning to provide quality care for pediatric patients
Provide education to families and patients regarding home programs for carryover of skills
Exhibit flexibility in scheduling and strong time management skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for improved patient outcomes
Demonstrate proficiency in computer/technology skills to complete required documentation
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Complete required continuing education and professional development for maintenance of licensure
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree from an accredited program
CPR Certification Valid Driver’s license and insurance
Active state licensure, as required
SLPs must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through ASHA or qualify to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP)
Preferred Skills/Experiences:
At least 2 years of pediatric experience
Bilingual skills (Spanish)
Feeding/Swallowing Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC)
Sensory Integration (SI)
Early Intervention (EI)
PAY $40.00/Per Visit Basis (min)$50.00/ Per Visit Basis (max)
