Zones Looking for Integration, Lead at Carol Stream, IL  Full Time

Position Overview:

• Lead Quality and Integration processes with Integration Team
• Manage and Maintain facility technical equipment and connections
• Perform customer specific configuration on technical equipment to customer specifications
• Perform first level troubleshooting on new and customer returned equipment

Skills:

• Must have familiarity with different Operating Systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve OS issues (Windows, Apple OS, Linux).
• Must have knowledge of PC components and the ability to install, troubleshoot and repair PC components.
• Must have experience with image creation and deployment (Clonezilla, Ghost, SCCM, DeployStudio, DEP, JAMF).
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN Networks and Network technologies.
• Must at least have a basic IT Certification (A+, Network+, etc..) and/or relevant education.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control for all of Integration services; reviewing, updating, creating, maintaining quality documents and work instructions.
• Training & Leading teams within projects as assigned.
• Assisting in management of process flow.
• Follows customer personal computer system hardware and software specifications based on the configuration services being performed and the instructions supplied
• Complies with departmental training certification requirements based on configuration level.
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
• Research hardware and software literature to keep abreast on new product / service developments and announcements.
• Works with technicians and leadership on difficult to solve problems or configurations.
• Asset/inventory tracking

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• High school diploma, A+, MCP, Network+, Server+

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Technical degree preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft Office 2010, Word and Excel
• Sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail
• Prompt, motivated self-starter
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills
• Easily adaptable
