Job Summary:
Perform contract activities within Contracts Department. Provide support to Manager of Contracts & Bids, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts.
Essential Functions:
Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL’s Contract Lifecycle Management Software
Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts , contracts, and pricing issues and information
Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required
Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests
Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL’s standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review
Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management, as needed
Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager
Skill Requirements:
3 – 5+ years contracts experience, preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Strong overall computer skills – high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential
Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Crystal) is desirable
Contracts and National Accounts experience
Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus
Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently after training
Education
Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred.
