The Role
This newly created role will see you reporting directly into our Director and leading a team of four high performers. As a member of our leadership group, you will also be mentored by our Director and Co-founder, who is currently SEEK’s Recruitment Leader of the Year.
This is a billing Team Leader position which will see you have a dual focus in leading our permanent Business Support team, whilst driving your own client relationships and billings within professional services roles within the Education and Healthcare sectors. This desk has been one of the cornerstones of our success since the inception of the business, and continues to be one of our most profitable desks to this day.

The Duties
Managing and leading a team of four and utilising learning budget and training programs to develop, grow and mentor your team
Running a desk with sourcing support by an associate consultant
Working closely with General Manager to build strategy for your team
Leverage Lotus People’s market leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
Generate business for your division and wider business through targeted, strategic and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities
Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as escalation point for consultants regarding client communications
Nurture existing relationships and Lotus People experience levels with clients and candidates
Experience
Ideally, you will have a network within the business support space, however we are open to all levels and all candidate backgrounds, as culture fit and potential our primary guides for this role.

Experienced within agency recruitment and leadership
