Job Description Summary
The Penn Graduate School of Education is committed to

The Special Advisor will lead and supervise
instruction/quality control of PLN’s early childhood through elementary programming. Support PLN faculty- instructional support,
evaluation/quality control of programming and ongoing feedback to 70+ faculty members. Develop, lead and evaluate ongoing community
programming. Support program budgets including multi-generational programming and creating and overseeing unique and innovative programming.
Oversee early childhood programming locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Work in collaboration with PLN staff on all aspects
of PLN programming. Support the creation of budgets.
