UNM Parking and
Transportation Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the parking
services business office. We are looking for a customer-driven,
self-starter who can provide PATS customers with excellent service, support and
guidance to their staff, and oversight of parking-related projects and permit
inventory.
Those with previous
supervisory experience, customer service, Microsoft suite proficiency, and the
ability to pivot in a face paced environment are strongly encouraged to apply.
Daily duties will consist
of oversight of front-line staff, to include training, record maintenance,
database management, oversight of a variety of permit sales and staff
schedules. Evening and weekend work required when needed, occasional work
may be performed in an outdoor environment.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
