Responsibilities* The Cardiology Clinics is seeking a full-time LPN. This position will work closely with cardiology providers including Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians to ensure timely and comprehensive care is given to cardiovascular patients. This position will focus on referral management, quality improvement monitoring, and post discharge follow-up. Specific tasks for this position include but are not limited to:

NOTE: This position is directly responsible to the nurse manager and supervisor with functional reporting to the nursing staff in the post-transplant service. Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 hours Shifts/Days/Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00- 5:00 Location: Cardiovascular Center, Ann Arbor, hybrid work available after orientation.
