The Role:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position will contribute to the overall success of the HR team. The Recruiter will drive the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the retail and HQ hiring teams. They will also support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including but not limited to diversity & inclusion, talent management, succession planning, HQ and store acquisitions, and new store openings. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, process-oriented individual with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and requests without sacrificing quality of work. They will represent Tommy John in providing a positive and seamless candidate experience.
