*Qualifications: *
* Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience including employee relations, organizational development & talent acquisition.
* Demonstrated ability to deal directly with leadership team to build consensus, establish trust with employees, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
* Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local labor laws/regulations.
* Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive data and multi-task so deadlines can be met.
* Experience managing employee relations issues.
* Experience presenting and training.
* Ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures, to interact effectively with a diverse population, and to facilitate decision making.
*Job Description: *
* Be accountable for all aspects of HR administration with a strong focus on recruitment, on- and off-boarding process, compensation and benefits, total culture enhancement, talent management, safety.
* Partners with department managers to recruit positions, make hiring decisions and negotiate job offers in accordance with company standards.
* Maintain consistent practices with company policy/procedures and help drive corporate and regional HR initiatives.
* Implements HR policies and procedures that support the Company’s goals and objectives.
* Works with senior management team to establish the long-term and short-term talent acquisition strategies for company.
* Assist executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the Company’s wage and salary program.
* Responsible in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
* Provides an overview of employee benefits to the management team enabling them to educate their employees and answer routine questions.
* Ensures compliance with key policies (e.g., Sexual Harassment, Non-Harassment, Non- Discrimination, No Solicitation).
