This talent acquisition role will support hiring and onboarding candidates all over the United States for our physical security openings, as well as the potential for internal corporate positions.
This position will be based out of the Louisville, KY headquarters and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Preference will be given to local candidates who can work the hybrid schedule; however, there may be opportunities for qualified candidates who need to work fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to extending offers and managing pre-employment requirements to ensure successful entry to onboarding.
Provide regular status updates to hiring managers; advise and make recommendations on interviews and hiring decisions.
Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Resolve simple to moderately complex issues and problems; collaborate with the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs.
Effectively utilize and maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation and data in the applicant tracking system.
Communicates and works with teammates to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience.
Communicates with supervisors and managers to gather information and documentation needed to process onboarding, compliance, and credentialing activities in a timely manner.
Updates applicable personnel systems to ensure accurate recording and tracking of onboarding.
Maintains files and updates SharePoint site with all onboarding compliance information.
Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity for the employee’s circumstances.
Always provides excellent customer service while engaging vendors, employees, and management personnel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years of applicable experience.
Exemplary organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate compensation rates and personal/medical information.
The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Solid time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication ability as well as a high level of attention to detail.
Confidence in dealing with people both face-to-face and over the phone and ability to effectively use persuasive communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
