Talent Venture Group Looking for Chief Marketing Officer at European Economic Area Full Time

We are seeking an amazing Chief Marketing Officer to join our team at Talent Venture Group AB.

Your responsibilities will be to drive membership applications and attendance to our flagship event in Stockholm this summer (which will be kept a public secret for two more weeks , but we will disclose more information throughout the process).

More specifically, you will:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and target audience.
• Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Drive and coordinate parallel digital Advertising Campaigns:

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various ad-platforms such as Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn and also AI-based email marketing platforms.
• Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to optimize campaign targeting and performance.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet or exceed performance goals.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Implement CRO techniques to improve landing page and website performance, increasing conversion rates.
• A/B testing and experimentation to identify and implement successful strategies.

5. Budget Management:

• Responsible for managing marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

6. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

We expect you have these skills:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• And that you are fast and driven, while diligent in your responsibilities.
