W hat does the Human Resources Business Partner of Logistics do?
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an experienced individual contributor, who utilizes their business acumen and HR expertise to partner with leaders to execute the business strategy by delivering talent and organizational solutions. The HRBP is also responsible for driving positive change, being a coach and consultant to leaders, developing talent, driving operational excellence, building high performing teams, and modeling the organization’s values for their assigned customer groups. May lead HR projects, is recognized as an expert in at least one core HR capability and operates with limited day-to-day direction. This strategic HR Business Partner role will support Logistics in the North Region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho).

Base pay range is $99,800 to $124,700 plus bonus structure. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
