Responsibilities:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team, recruiting leadership positions for our growing company as well as developing solid recruiting strategies and assisting communities with attracting qualified candidates.Responsibilities will include:
Handles full lifecycle recruitment of regional leadership positions and corporate positions.
Continuously researches ways nationally and within each state we operate to attract qualified candidates.
Works with regional recruiting team to hire team members using placement of ads and behavioral interview techniques.
Supervises and optimizes job posting and onboarding processes.
Conduct presentations and training.
Creates and manages weekly leadership open positions report to review with executives
Manages monthly metrics reporting and source analysis for leadership.
Establish and maintain relationships with regional leadership to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Advise managers and team members on best practices in staffing policies and procedures.
Manages vendor relations for recruitment marketing and job posting platforms.
Manages system administration for ATS and Onboarding platform in UKG/Ultimate.
Manages the Talent Acquisition team including coordinators and recruiters.
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, such as business or communication.
5 – 7 years of focused recruitment experience at all levels.
At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a virtual team.
Familiarity with recruitment techniques and websites and with an ATS.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Well-developed organization skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
Must be able to travel, as needed.
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance. Possess good public relations, communication, general office, clerical and telephone skills.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, have excellent time management/meet deadlines and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with different levels of personnel.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with our company policy and state mandates
