Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of NA Ormco Marketing, the Senior Manager Digital Marketing, Automation and Ecommerce is responsible for leading Ormco’s digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including generating leads and driving conversions, supporting product launches, digital marketing, e-commerce/website, system integrations and training/education initiatives to support brand awareness, adoption, and utilization of our key orthodontic products including Damon Ultima and Spark Aligners. The Senior Manager leads a team comprised of content specialists and web publishers to accomplish these objectives.
Major Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day online operations relating to Ormco’s e-commerce with oversight responsibility for top line sales, operating metrics, key performance indices, digital advertising/promotions budget and maintaining bottom line targets.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across different channels, including email, retargeting, and web/landing pages. Drive standard email measures including open rates and click through rates, web traffic / visits (for both professional and consumer), engagements, and leads.
Develop and execute targeted email drip and nurture campaigns utilizing marketing automation (HubSpot) and data-mining CRM tools. Optimize campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.
Partner with programmers to develop, optimize and maintain B2B and B2C websites/landing pages to generate, nurture, and convert leads to customers.
Working with the Marketing Campaign team and assigned agencies, plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic.
Partner with marketing managers and creative team to optimize content based on email best practices and ensure timely execution of tactics.
Track, report and optimize campaign results in terms of lead generation, sales conversion, revenue and other metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Professional Education, Product Management and IT to ensure optimization of digital marketing initiatives.
Role is focused on NA; however, role may also need to provide other regions (EMEA, Australia) with support infrequently.
Recruit, build and develop a high performing, diverse team as the business grows.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or marketing related discipline required
7+ years of relevant commercial marketing, product management, or brand management experience; preferably in healthcare and/or consumer products industries and online services.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience with MS Dynamics and HubSpot marketing automation preferred.
Demonstrated track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including email, search engine and social media marketing.
Strong analytical acumen to evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns & funnel analysis
Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, be hands-on in project management and execution (including writing/editing copy), while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to lead and manage project teams with a range of experience and skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in real time and exercise judgment in high-paced, high-stakes environment
Must have strong managerial courage – ability to make the tough decision and to not be overly sensitive (thick skinned), be able to effective cross coordinate with external functions.
Demonstrated self-initiative, accountability for results, sound decision making and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
