Simpl is a consumer experience platform providing a full-stack solution for e-commerce conversion. Through Simpl, merchants can provide consumers with an easy, safe, and intuitive user experience.
We are looking for a skilled Social Media and Content Lead to take Simpl’s social presence to the next level. We are looking to enhance our brand awareness, engage our audience and drive traffic to our website. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and distributing high-quality content across all our social media platforms and lead all content marketing initiatives for different businesses under Simpl. You will be required to work closely with the category marketing team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and execute social media campaigns, including owned media strategy development, execution and day to day management;
• Create and manage content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Produce high-quality written, graphic and video content for our social media platforms.
• Supervise and manage all social media interactions between consumers and the company managing ORM
• Collaborate with the category team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar partnering influencers to drive brand goals
• Partner with creative agencies to deliver content which is on-brand
• Being able to drive growth in subscribers, engagement rates and other efficacy metrics for brand and channel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
• 4 to 7 years work experience as a social media specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Experience with content creation, including writing, graphic design and video production
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills to track and report on social media performance
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
