Promotes and sells the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base. Owns a record of sales achievement.
Work is typically performed under no supervision, with only guidance about overall goals and objectives. Usually receive minimal to no guidance about how to complete work objectives. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short term and long term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate into overall work objectives.
The base pay for this role is between $65,000 and $100,000, paid as a non-recoverable draw. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and geographic location.
