The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a key business partner to our North America Director of Human Resources. This position is a hands-on role and will be essential in the execution of priority HR initiatives including talent acquisition, workforce planning, associate engagement and various activities that will continue to positively evolve our culture.The right candidate for this role will be driven to continue building their HR professional skillset through a variety of experiences. This opportunity will provide a unique HR developmental experience which would involve exposure across multiple business units and functional areas (including engineering, sales, product management, finance, etc.). Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the U.S. talent acquisition process, which includes the sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and gracious onboarding of high performing talent. Strong focus on enhancing and evolving a competitive employee value propositionFacilitate and document the exit process capturing opportunities/feedback to improve the overall unit functionPartner with the HR Manager and site leadership on coaching employee performance and in developing performance suggestions to aid them through coaching, mentoring and administering performance review. Will assist with planning and/or implementation of employee training/skill development activitiesAssist with administration of associate immigration and work authorization needs across the unit functionAssist with the planning and facilitation of annual engagement survey communication, action planning and support activitiesEnsure that Human Resource practices are consistently applied across the site and are compliant with internal policySupport the coaching, training and guidance of associates throughout yearly HR processes (annual/quarterly talent reviews, annual merit, goal setting, mid/year end performance reviews, open enrollment, etc.)Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or related field. 5 – 7 years HR experiencePHR or SPHR certification preferredDemonstrated track record of success when partnering with leadership on various HR initiativesExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing executive presenceProven ability to be hands on, roll up sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace the 80/20 principlesDemonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one’s direct responsibilityAbility to travel up to 20% domestically and 5% globally
