Summary: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will assist the region Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialists with attracting and qualifying top talent.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
Assisting with sourcing strategies, data, research, and presentations.
Communicate, coordinate, contact, and guide applicants throughout the talent acquisition process.
Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person.
Maintain careers@ email while ensuring candidate experience and timeliness.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college in Business Management preferred
1-2 years previous administrative experience
Experience with ATS, Sourcing, Marketing, and recruitment tools.
Great at being a team player with interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
