To be candid, we are only interested in applications if you worked in online training courses with a direct response marketing and advertising, D2C operating model and GTM:
CMOs / VP Marketing from the same industry vertical who has worked for the above type of company at least once, for 3-5+ years with a small full service marketing team eg 8-15 (we are not going to hire someone from a medium or large size corporate company unless you have the requested experience also)
Direct Response Digital Marketing, Paid Media and Communications expert Leaders
Front End online sales funnels mastermind – achieved major new business sales from an annual top of funnel launch with JV Partners (they have the same target clients) and D2C Paid Media that converts to $5-$15MM in paying clients per launch (there is also a big opted in CRM email list, ready to convert with your strategies)
CRM brilliant at email offers to the list to produce acquisition, activation, retention, cross sell, upsells and; the entire retention and lifecycle management
Your marketing team are supported by a team of SDRs
Data analytics and KPIs that convert
Has helped the same type of company double from say 10MM-20MM upwards to or beyond 30MM-50MM ARR (if you took them higher thats a bonus!)
If you didnt have individuals as clients eg startups, please note that Enerprise and ABM experience is not suitable (theres only one paying contact per client company here) and you wont be invited to the next stage – many of these clients have decided to be a startup owner partly because they have seen your Facebook and Google Ads / YouTube and Email offers or they have a small business already and need your training
Excellent people and communications skills in all mediums and formats, including management and leadership
