Location: Indianapolis, IN. Completed in Sept 2021, POINT’s Indianapolis site is one of the largest state-of-the-art radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the world – almost as large as one and a half football fields.
Reporting to the senior leader in People & Culture, the People & Culture Manager will be responsible primarily for execution of the day-to-day employee-related and human resources activities. The position formulates partnerships across the People & Culture / HR function and business to respond to and deliver value-added service to management and employees that is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. This role has responsibility for both the Manufacturing site and supporting remote and hybrid employees in critical areas of the company. This role will is also responsible for participating in the design and delivery of organizational solutions that will prepare our organization and people for growth.
