Lumiere Education Looking for Executive Assistant (Social Media) at Philippines Full Time

Work with the CEO of a fast-growing media company as an executive assistant. Work alongside the CEO to build their online presence.

Core Tasks: 

• Interacting on social media platforms on behalf of the founder (e.g., Linkedin and Twitter), including following and interacting with customers 
• Creating and uploading posts to be shared on LinkedIn/Twitter (e.g., relevant articles, etc.)
• Respond to emails, help free up time for the founder from repeated email tasks or processes
• Perform ad hoc administrative and business ops tasks as needed
• Create role-related SOP / process documentation when necessary 

Must-Have:

• Fluent English with excellent writing ability 
• 2+ years experience as an executive assistant 
• Experience with social media, particularly Twitter and LinkedIn 
• Experience identifying relevant content (good eye for content that is valuable for the audience) 
• Demonstrated ability following role-related process docs with little to no error
• Ability to work Israel hours
