Example Duties: *
* Provide project management support in monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are being met and initiate corrective action where necessary.
* Assist in planning and coordinating various activities for projects and ensure compliance with all task procedures and policies.
* Prepare any follow-on action recommendations.
* Assist leadership with responding to data calls and oversee contract support deliverables
* Author and edit reports; technical manuals, talking points, briefing decks, and marketing materials to present information for Talent Management for audiences from Congress to internal leadership.
* Prepare meeting handouts, note taking, organize schedules; prepare, organize, and submit meeting paperwork; assist in facilitation, coordination, and correspondence with various stakeholders including meeting agenda development, meeting deck presentations, arranging schedule and logistics.
* Conduct benchmarking; and develop and implement an accountability plan.
* Support developing policies, SOP, desk guides, and reference material.
* Assist and support the CISA staff at events in the local commuting area(s), including but not limited to recruitment events, hiring events, and job fairs.

Requirements*

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience, 8-10 years preferred.
* Currently holds, or is able to attain, DHS Fitness Determination.
* Experience with Federal Human Resource policies, procedures, processing, and strategic planning.
* Specialized experience in STEM talent management and recruitment.
* Experience developing and recruiting for student, scholarship, internship or fellowship programs.
* Must possess expert skill in written and oral communications, capable of briefing senior leaders and interagency stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work on high-visibility or mission critical projects.
* Extraordinary attention to detail is required.
* Exceptional analytical and policy skills.
* Exceptionally strong skills using Microsoft products to include Outlook, Office 365, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
