Job Summary
The Manager, Employee Relations Leader is responsible for overseeing the Employee Relations function and will develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment, support Paycor’s performance-driven culture, and align practices with the company’s Guiding Principles. The Employee Relations Leader leads a team of employee relations professionals and collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and People Operations teams to manage employee relations matters, facilitate conflict resolution, and support positive Associate and business outcomes. This individual serves as a trusted advisor and sounding board for Leaders and Associates, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ability to navigate complex employee relations issues, operate collaboratively, and use data/trends to influence employee relations practices are all key pieces of this role.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $85,540 – $146,040. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you’ll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
