The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is an independent nonprofit organization authorized by Congress in 2010. Its mission is to fund research that will provide patients, their caregivers and clinicians with the evidence-based information needed to make better-informed healthcare decisions. Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Human Resources Director to lead and oversee PCORI’s Centers of Expertise, a unit within our People Strategy & Services division. The Director will partner with the CPO and other People Strategy & Services (PS&S) leaders to develop and effectively execute the division’s strategy in a manner that supports the organization’s priorities while optimally leveraging the expertise, strengths, and skills of the PS&S department. The Director of the COE’swill guide the successful delivery of various programs to include job and compensation framework refresh, benefit renewals, recognition initiatives, workforce planning, change management, and performance management enhancements to enhance employee growth and effectiveness, and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive high impact culture. Theindividual in this role be expected to leverage their thought leadership, critical thinking, consulting and excellent project management experience to provide best in class leadership, services, and solutions throughout the organization.
