About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on executing and optimizing cross channel marketing campaigns, including video, direct buy, and affiliate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage direct partnerships, and track affiliate performance. Your skills in multi-channel marketing will contribute to PacSun’s growth.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
• Plan, execute, and optimize video, direct buy, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage partnerships with direct advertising and affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop content for various channels.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights.
• Work closely with the manager to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on retail marketing industry trends, including video, direct buys, and affiliate marketing.
What it takes to Join:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Media agency experience is a plus.
• Genuine curiosity for digital marketing and analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, pivot tables is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in media platforms (e.g., YouTube), affiliate marketing platforms, and ad networks.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Developing the Community/ Leadership Qualities:
Salary Range: $70,000 – $78,000
