Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families. Our diverse staff provides culturally and linguistically relevant services in over 22 languages to our region’s culturally and ethnically diverse populations. We provide services in 18 counties across California.

JOB SUMMARY
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Manages all internal learning needs of the agency collaboratively with the regions and departments. Provides proactive support to business owners and line management about learning, leadership development, change initiatives, organization development, project management, and team effectiveness. This position is responsible for overseeing the coordination of professional trainings that meet the continuing educational needs of behavioral healthcare and affiliated peers and professionals, educate consumers and their families on mental health issues, and enhance and support consumers’ recovery. The Director will oversee a team of learning partners and trainers to ensure seamless delivery of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and innovative, evidence-based practices trainings.

Required to drive agency vehicle. Must have clean MVR, appropriate insurance coverage, and attend agency driver training.

We comply with Assembly Bill AB1933, candidates are required to show proof of full vaccination (including Booster) to begin work. Candidates who are partially vaccinated, cannot begin work until they are fully vaccinated and waited fourteen days post second vaccine. Requests for Medical and Religious exemptions may be submitted post offer for consideration.
Unvaccinated May Not begin work until:
– Receive one Johnson & Johnson or two Pfizer or Moderna and waited 14 days past the last vaccine.
– Pfizer second dose – taken after 21 days = can start after 35 days from 1 st dose
-Moderna second dose – taken after 28 days after first dose = can start work after 42 days from 1 st dose
