Position Summary:
Serves as the key strategist to shape and drive growth, customer engagement, and client service delivery for our Department of Defense (DoD) business area. The position will be in charge of leveraging our capabilities to deliver solutions for DoD customers. The Business Area Director will execute and lead growth strategies and initiatives to achieve the business area’s revenue and profitability goals and is responsible for client service delivery across the business area’s portfolio. The Business Area Director will implement reliable business development and capture processes consistent with the Company’s business strategy, values, and operating principles. In addition, the Business Area Director will oversee Talent Acquisition and be responsible for integrating growth initiatives for the business area. This position will also manage staff across the business area and work closely with other Area leads, enterprise services, and business development to deliver high-value solutions to new and existing customers.
