The Oakleaf Group seeks a motivated, hands-on Director of Recruiting Operations who is passionate about finding the best talent and driven to build up a successful and strategic recruitment and talent acquisition function. This is a key “hands-on” position reporting to the President.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has the interest and the ability to create a pro-active, high-impact recruitment function that drives rapid, high-quality hiring across the organization. We need someone with prior experience building up a full-cycle recruiting effort. We’re looking for a natural people leader who is passionate about building great teams and able to define strategy, develop processes and create metrics and reporting to make sure the recruiting engine is running efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will bring considerable recruiting and mortgage/banking knowledge to help inform recruiting best practices, screening, and candidate management. We need someone with enough experience to be a highly reliable recruiting partner able to work closely with our Practice Managing Directors and develop strong relationships with subject matter experts and clients. You must be able to create alignment with internal business development partners and ensure a great hiring experience for all candidates.
We need someone to be a “hands-on” leader who is able to lead and work alongside our team to recruit highly skilled technical roles. While working to build up the talent acquisition and recruitment operation, you must be willing to jump in and even manage your own set of technical searches if necessary.
