_self-starter with high attention to detail, you will leverage a range of sourcing strategies to build and develop an industry leading_
_pipeline of talent. You will also work directly with the Executive Leadership of Nix to ensure success and alignment as a critical_
_part of the long term organizational goals and objectives._
*Our ideal candidate will*
• Effectively partners with the hiring manager(s) to better understand their needs and assess position goals and requirements.
• Actively source candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, school partnerships, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• Screen all applicable candidates; recommend candidates to hiring manager based on detailed position requirements; provide manager with reasoning for advancing candidate; schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.
• Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a leading employment opportunity
• Keep up to date with current employment legislation and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required
• Follow all company and common-sense safety policies, while using all required personal protective equipment, when necessary
• Contribute to our team environment by anticipating the needs of co-workers, bringing a positive attitude into our culture and showing an eagerness to discover and share new opportunities for our organization
*Desired Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, but will consider given relevant recruitment or sales experience
• Experience establishing internal recruitment practices, including applicant tracking systems
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
• Demonstrate the ability to assess situations and change directions based on priorities.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
