In support of our client, Mb Staffing Services, LLC. is looking for a Talent Manager/Recruiter who is high energy, detailed oriented and is excited about candidate sourcing and placement. This position is for a person who enjoys the process of finding candidates, mining for information and being creative in their searches while discovering new channels to source. The Talent Manager/Recruiter provides services to key accounts where you will make a positive impact by establishing and maintaining unparalleled relationships. You will be responsible for filling requests for temporary flexible, temporary-to-hire and direct-placement for a variety of industries and staffing needs. This role is also responsible for developing new business, expanding existing business, and reestablishing dormant business.
- Strong critical thinking, communication (verbal and written), time management and organizational skills
- Experience with recruiter/sourcing tools, sourcing online via social media, Boolean searches, databases
- Strong ability to track, manage and analyze data and high accuracy in database systems
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient using MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
