The Center for Precision Psychiatry (CPP) within the MGH Department of Psychiatry aims to integrate research and clinical practice to enable more accurate risk prediction, targeted prevention, precise diagnosis, and effective treatments for psychiatric disorders. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to work closely with Center Investigators on NIH-funded projects focused in the area of Precision Psychiatry and Neuroimaging . As the key point person for implementation, the Project Manager plays a critical role in the relationship between CPP and partner organizations. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping implementation plans on schedule, ensuring data collection and distribution occurs at appropriate intervals, and troubleshooting challenges when they arise.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Provide general project management support including
o Develop and manage IRB protocols, amendments, etc.
o Develop and manage grant submissions to federal and non-federal agencies
o Execute and manage data use and material transfer agreements for applicable studies
o Assist with development of grant budgets and management of post-award finances including staff effort allocation, subawards, and contractors
o Coordinate with internal/external collaborators
o Facilitate the development of a detailed data collection plans
o Track and update project plans; work with coordinators to ensure contracting and invoicing processes are on target
o Prepares and distribute reports and other deliverables to PIs, Sponsors (NIH), and other key stakeholders
o Manage lab social media including website and Twitter accounts
§ Develop workflows, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness study procedures
§ Collaborate with the research and evaluation team to design, create, implement and manage performance tracking systems.
§ Collect and manage data including EEG, MRI, and other neuropsychological/clinical measurements
§ Assist with grant writing, manuscript development, and conference presentations
§ Performs all other duties or special projects that are appropriate to this level of position.
