The LinkedIn Talent Solutions Sales Enablement Team is looking for a Leadership Development Enablement Lead who will be responsible for enabling sales managers and senior leaders with the skills and knowledge to drive growth and deliver customer value. The Leadership Development Lead will be responsible for operationalizing a culture of coaching across the Talent Solutions sales organization.
As one of the owners of the Leader Journey, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be embedded in the business as the Coach’s Coach and Sales Leadership operations subject matter expert – acting as a trusted partner to Sales Leaders and Managers. The Leadership Development Lead will partner with the Global Blueprint Coaching Team and provide input and feedback on the global foundational coaching programs.
