Our Sales Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building and maintaining the ultimate go-to-market engine and operational foundation that enables our organization to run effectively and efficiently. As a CS Strategy & Operations Associate, you will act as an advisor to executives in the Customer Success organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. Additionally, you will assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. This individual is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
