As a Fleet Coordinator at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, you’ll support our technical assistance center’s on-site Drive and Learns for technical automotive consultants. You’ll make sure vehicles are road-ready and documentation is in order. You’ll also help with parts order pickup/shipping and other tasks needed to help these training sessions run smoothly.
If you can drive vehicles and perform the tasks below, we’d love to hear from you! Additional automotive experience is not required.
What You’ll Do
Make sure vehicles are fueled, washed and road-ready for hands-on driving and training
Track and monitor fuel cards, fuel receipts and fuel usage
Print and collect signatures for vehicle usage passes, audit passes for accuracy and legibility, email to site director for approvals, and file approved passes
Monitor, maintain and audit driving records for all drivers
Ensure needed training tools are distributed and collected before and after the Drive-and-Learn classes
Work with leadership and scheduling to coordinate the driving sessions
Update and maintain information binders for each vehicle
Monitor the weather forecast to facilitate moving vehicles in and out of the corral for plowing
Pick up ordered replacement parts for vehicles as needed
Maintain and update information on files for laptop security cable locks
Ship parts to dealers in the field for TAC agents
Drop off and pick up computers as needed
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
Hybrid Schedule
This is a hybrid role. You will travel on site to our Saginaw, Michigan, campus to handle daily hands-on tasks, and work remotely the remainder of the day.
While on site, you’ll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

Eligibility Requirements
Drivers license with clean driving record
Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as needed
Able to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation: 7 a.m. – 8 pm. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
High school diploma or equivalent
Remote Work Requirements
High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
