Position Summary: The Recruitment Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies and solutions to engage and attract new team members while enhancing the Leaf Home employer brand through advertising and social communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Applies programmatic recruitment marketing techniques to scale top end candidate funnel traffic while improving bottom end candidate funnel through increased hire conversions and lower cost per hire
· Monitors allocated budget utilized for job search engines, job boards, and social sites and makes recommendations for allocating to most productive channels using cost per click, cost per apply, and cost per hire KPIs
· Builds strong partnerships within the talent team and cross-functional teams through on-going education on business trends, internal client group needs and unique hiring challenges
· Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective job boards, recruitment vendors, and recruitment marketing technology
· Report on campaign and source effectiveness to maximize ROI and results and make data-driven adjustments and recommendations using proven recruitment marketing tactics
· Create engaging content promoting talent acquisition and employer of choice initiatives on various job boards and social media
· Partner with talent and marketing team to understand key hiring priorities, external and internal factors impacting recruitment and utilize to provide recommendations for development of digital recruitment campaigns
· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of recruitment marketing experience for talent acquisition function
· Experience demonstrating full candidate funnel metrics and establishing ROI
· Proven ability to understand employment marketing data and employment trends
· Experience creating engaging and dynamic content promoting major companies and job openings
· Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to manage recruitment marketing initiatives
· Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
· Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
· Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.
· Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
· Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer’s needs at the forefront of every interaction.
· Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one’s own actions, performance, and decisions.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).

· Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
· Prior experience working with third party programmatic recruitment marketing vendors (Recruitics, Appcast, Smashfly, etc.)
· Prior experience working with data business intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau, IBM Cognos, etc.)
