We are looking for analytic executives who possess excellent communication skills, have a desire to work with senior executives at some of the world’s leading companies, and possess an ability to work with Ipsos MMA data science teams to help translate technical outputs into meaningful recommendations for these clients.
About You
MMA is looking for a Software Implementation Manager to work with our client teams to gather information about the client specific implementation details, guide client teams during modeling and data phases to prepare for eventual roll-out and implementation of the Software. The Manager will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, testing and support of MMA offered software services. Post Implementation the Consultant will prepare documentation and help to train clients on how to use the software.
* Work closely with MMA client teams to understand specifics of client data and models
* Guide MMA data teams on how to best structure historical data for implementation
* Use proprietary tools and SQL Server to load/update models and data in client instance
* Configure software for client usage
* Prepare files for MMA Client teams to QC the instance and help them resolve any issues prior to roll-out
* Conduct software demos for internal client teams as well as for prospective clients
* Assist and conduct software training sessions for clients both in-person and via web meetings
* Revise and prepare client specific versions of product documentation
Qualifications/Requirements:
* BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* Knowledge of programming/web design concepts
* Experience with database concepts: ER Diagrams, PK/FK relationships, Outer/Inner Joins, Constraints and User Security
* Experience with SQL Server writing queries and stored procedures
* Experience with Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $65,000 to $130,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
